Workspace Diversity and Inclusion
From Legality to Cultural Change’ is an initiative launched by PCVC with support from the U.S. Consulate General Hyderabad. Having been at the forefront of addressing workplace violence, PCVC believes that interventions and redressal mechanisms need to be supported through cultural shifts. Organisational changes are required to support the increased workforce participation of women and gender minority staff in the formal sector. We have developed an easy-to-use, self-administrable audio-visual toolkit using which businesses can ideate and implement practices and policies to create safe, respectful and healthy workspaces. It can be used by any organisation or company as an effective, standalone training tool to facilitate dialogue on diversity and inclusion. Attend our workshops to learn to use the toolkit effectively and draft action plans to translate the need for diversity and inclusion into workplace policy, practice and culture.
