PCVC is a community-driven organization and has a robust network of supporters who volunteer their time, skills, networks and resources to enable our work.
People from a wide range of backgrounds and professional interests who are passionate about women’s rights and safety reach out and become a part of the PCVC community. If you are interested in contributing, the following are a few of the options available to you.
Intern at PCVC
PCVC’s internship program is open for students and young professionals who are looking to enhance their understanding and skill sets to work on issues of gender and violence and gain field experience. We accept interns from psychology, social work, sociology, gender studies, journalism, communications, law, public policy and public administration backgrounds.

Volunteer at PCVC
Our work with women and children is resource intensive and we are always in need of dedicated individuals who are willing to donate their time and skills in support of our work. Volunteers at PCVC are involved in a myriad of tasks – from accompanying clients to hospitals to accompanying clients to job interviews, to conducting skill building trainings like spoken English, computer skills, personal finance and budgeting, to facilitating recreational activities like yoga and Zumba, to providing staff capacity building on communication & PR, photo and video documentation of activities, – they are involved in countless ways in enriching the support we provide women survivors of violence.

Fund Raise for PCVC
As a service provider organization, PCVC has a wide community of women and children who depend on our support and many of them are in critical situations which require immediate and long-term intervention. One crucial way in which you can support us is by leveraging your personal, professional and social networks to raise money for PCVC.
Some ways in which you can do this are:
- Start a social media campaign for PCVC.
- Start a crowdfunding page for PCVC.
- Donate your birthday to PCVC and ask your friends and family to contribute in your name.
- Run a marathon for PCVC and invite people to fund your run
