If a user feels at any time that these online help services would compromise their privacy or security, alternative means of communication, such as a 24-hour helpline, WhatsApp and email resources are available as well.
Digital services provided by PCVC are always intended for the protection of the user. Confidential and Anonymous Chat Online chat facilities are intended to be as confidential as possible. To that end, users are not obligated to share any personal information over Chat.
