Thrive

THRIVE is a first-of-its-kind, specialized mental health and well-being facility created exclusively for women and queer individuals who have experienced domestic and sexual violence.
Rooted in compassion, dignity, and survivor-centric care, THRIVE provides free, in-house support for those navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges resulting from abuse. Every service is designed to meet the complex emotional and practical needs of survivors, ensuring they are not just supported—but truly seen, heard, and empowered.
At THRIVE, healing is not one-size-fits-all. We understand that each survivor’s journey is shaped by their unique life experiences and trauma history. Our approach is personalized, holistic, and rooted in trauma-informed care—meaning survivors are always in control of their healing.
Our programs go beyond traditional therapy to create a space where survivors feel safe to rebuild and reimagine their futures. With a team of trained psychologists, social workers, and trauma specialists, THRIVE integrates therapeutic interventions, community support, and practical services all under one roof.

At THRIVE, we believe healing happens when survivors are empowered to reclaim their voice and agency. Our work is built on the understanding that emotional well-being and economic independence go hand-in-hand.
When survivors discover their strengths, gain confidence, and engage in opportunities that affirm their worth, their mental health improves. Financial independence not only helps break cycles of dependence but also restores dignity and fosters long-term stability.
THRIVE is more than a space for recovery, it’s a space to begin again with power, purpose, and possibility.
