Yes. You do not need to be certain or have the right words to explain your situation. If something feels difficult, frightening, or simply not okay, it is absolutely okay to speak with someone. We are here to listen and support you, without pressure or judgment.
You can speak with a trained crisis responder who will offer a safe, non-judgmental space. Support may include emotional care, safety planning, shelter access, legal or referrals all guided by your needs, your choice and your decision.
Yes. Everything you share is treated with complete confidentiality. We will never share your information or take any action without your consent. Your safety, privacy, and trust are always respected.
No. You do not have to leave or take legal action unless you choose to. Reaching out can simply mean exploring your options. Whatever your decision, we are here to support you.
Yes. Support for children is part of our psychosocial services. We offer age-appropriate emotional care and work with you to ensure their safety and wellbeing. You will be supported in your role as a parent or caregiver.
