Join the PCVC Impact Crew

PCVC’s internship program is open for students and young professionals who are looking to enhance their understanding and skill sets to work on issues of gender and violence and gain field experience. We accept interns from psychology, social work, sociology, gender studies, journalism, communications, law, public policy and public administration backgrounds.

If you are interested in applying for an internship, please email your resume to info@pcvconline.org.

Our work with women, children and queer individuals

Our work with women and children depends on compassionate, skilled people who can share their time. Volunteers step into every corner of a survivor’s journey: escorting clients to hospitals or job interviews, teaching spoken English and computer skills, running personal finance or budgeting sessions, leading yoga and dance movement sessions for stress relief, and strengthening our team through communications, photography, and video documentation workshops. Every hour you give deepens the safety net we weave around survivors of violence. If you will like to stand with them and with us, please write to info@pcvconline.org.

Careers at PCVC

PCVC is an inclusive, affirmative action employer and strongly encourages applicants from marginalized communities. If you are passionate about women’s rights and wish to join our team, send in your resumes to careers@pcvconline.org.

Support Survivors, Your Way

Everyone has their own way of showing care.

Whether you're marking a meaningful day, sharing something you believe in or simply choosing to give, every gesture helps support survivors with dignity and care. There’s no single way to make a difference. What matters is doing it in a way that feels right to you.

Here are just a few ways people have chosen to contribute:

A thoughtful post. A quiet message. A discussion at home or work. These small acts help shift how people think about safety, violence, and support and that's how change begins.

Raised fund through platforms like Milaap or GiveIndia — inviting friends and family to give, even in small ways, toward something they believe in.

Birthdays, anniversaries, festivals- special days have become moments of meaning, with loved ones contributing for the cause.

Whether it's a walk, a trek, a cycle ride or a run, some have used these moments to raise funds, showing that solidarity can be part of what you already enjoy doing.

Including PCVC in a will or estate plan is a way to carry forward their support, ensuring it continues to make a difference.

From designing postcards or making products , creative efforts have helped raise funds, start conversations and bring people together around this work.

A few have brought friends, colleagues, or communities together to read, reflect, and learn, helping more people understand the realities of abuse, care, and recovery.

Even something as simple as a shared meal, with a donation jar or a moment of reflection, can be a powerful way to connect and contribute to the cause.

If you're thinking about contributing, or have an idea of your own, we would be happy to hear from you.
